Please carefully review our refund policy:
Assessment and Consultation: Full refunds are available for our initial assessment and consultation if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Training Programs: We understand that circumstances may change. However, due to the nature of our training programs and the individualized attention provided to each client, we do not offer refunds for training programs once the first session has commenced. This includes but is not limited to:
Packages and Prepaid Sessions: Similar to our training programs, no refunds will be issued for any prepaid packages or sessions once the first session within that package has commenced.
Exceptions:
In the unlikely event that Everyday K9 Solutions cancels a program or session, a full refund will be issued for the cancelled service.
We encourage you to ask any questions you may have about our services and policies before committing to a training program. We are dedicated to your satisfaction and want to ensure that our services are a good fit for you and your dog.
